Spotlight Events

Invite & approval only: Founders who have $10M–100M+ in revenue or funding. 

A complimentary exquisite dinner will be provided at an upscale private dining room. It will be a great time – expect to come away with new learnings, impactful connections, inspiring conversations with like-minded founders and funders, and a full stomach!

This dinner will feature Elliot Robinson, Partner at Bessemer Venture Partners (BVP), who will be hosting a short AMA session. BVP helps entrepreneurs lay strong foundations to build and forge long-standing companies. With more than 145 IPOs and 300 portfolio companies in the enterprise, consumer and healthcare spaces, Bessemer supports founders and CEOs from their early days through every stage of growth. Bessemer’s global portfolio has included Pinterest, Shopify, Twilio, Yelp, LinkedIn, PagerDuty, DocuSign, Wix, Fiverr, and Toast and has more than $18 billion of assets under management. 

We will have a private room to ourselves, and individually-assigned seating using our proprietary AI algorithms. There will also be a seat change and ample time for mingling before & after dinner, so you'll get to know everyone in the room!

GitHub Social Club is a small hangout for devs, builders, and tinkerers. No agenda, no slides, no “networking session.” Just a room full of people who like shipping things, breaking things, and talking about both.

We’ll have free coffee and cookies from our friends at Bibliotheque and limited-run holiday GitHub swag, a few copies of Frictionless signed by Nicole Forsgren, and a few low-stakes games (the kind you can play one-handed while debating editor configs).

A winter holiday opera concert in partnership with New York City Opera on Saturday, December 20th from 4:00–5:30 PM at the historic Gracie Mansion.

Step into the season’s enchantment as Gracie Mansion opens its doors for an operatic experience that celebrates the wonders, warmth, and beauty of the holidays. The Magic of Winter brings together the treasured partnership of the Gracie Mansion Conservancy and New York City Opera; an artistic union that fills the mansion’s storied halls with jubilant cheer and harmonic opera chants.

This intimate holiday concert will feature:

Performed by celebrated soloists, the evening promises a stirring tribute to the musical magic of winter in New York.

Together, GMC and NYC Opera uphold their shared mission: to preserve the historic splendor of Gracie Mansion while fostering its future as a vibrant cultural hub, one that celebrates the enduring power of music and the arts.
