Very excited to announce that we will be having our ⭐️Female Founders & Funders Fireside Chat and Mixer with Pauline Brown (Former Chairman of LVMH USA, Board Member of Neiman Marcus Group)⭐️ on March 19, 6PM, in honor of women’s history month 😀 Allies are welcome!

This is a special opportunity for the Supermomos community to learn from and meet with Pauline Brown, a brand-building guru and author of the book “Aesthetic Intelligence”. She was former Chairman of Louis Vuitton-Moet Hennessy (LVMH) USA, and also previously Managing Director at The Carlyle Group ($75 billion in assets under management) where she headed up their Consumer & Retail practice. While at Carlyle, she invested in and served on the boards of European sportswear brand Moncler and American beauty brand Philosophy. She is a board member of Neiman Marcus Group and faculty at Columbia Business School.

Join us for the first installment of our Masterclass series, co-hosted by Supermomos and Singapore Global Network (SGN). Through this series, we plan to feature some of the GOATS (Greatest of All Time) in various fields and have them share their knowledge with New York City’s top industry leaders.

Our first masterclass is on Product, featuring Nir Eyal, a twice-exited technology founder and best-selling author of the book Hooked - a book that most founders and product management leaders would know about! More on his bio below. The masterclass will focus on how to build habit-forming products. Learn to improve your product’s engagement, retention, and increase word of mouth (the best form of marketing).

After Nir’s masterclass, there will be time for interactive Q&A, engaging with Nir (and getting your books signed!), and also mingling with other founders, product leaders, and executives.

A wine tasting hosted in a private studio in Greenwich Village. 🍷 ✨

This wine tasting requires ticket purchase of $68.25 each, which includes 4-6 wines and light bites. Payment is made possible through the Supermomos app. Refunds are not available for this event.

Maij is a Court of Masters Level II Certified Sommelier with over 8 years of fine-dining experience. He has conducted countless tastings on a variety of beverages over the years that include wine, whiskey, tequila/mezcal, cognac, sake and more. Many of these settings include galas, birthdays, private parties/dinners, wine tours, corporate events, and private seminars. He has many interests outside of wine. As well as being a sommelier, he is also a classically-trained cellist, DJ, tarot reader, and astrologer.

Join Supermomos x the Kingdom of the Netherlands (made possible by JP Morgan & Perkins Coie) for a morning filled with insights celebrating International Women’s Day with fellow female venture-backed founders, VCs, and senior execs. There will be time for networking, a panel over breakfast, and facilitated conversations.

Supermomos Summit series is BACK. This time, we invite you to join Supermomos Women’s Leadership Summit in NYC to close out Women’s History Month together!

What Happened Last Week

Such a fun-filled week with informative sessions, winter hikes, and a fun dinner party. Kundan from Barclays hosted a winter hike day at Fahnestock State Park, Cold Spring.

We learned from two successful tech leaders and happy Kadima Careers past members about how to stay relevant in today’s crazy environment - Alon Bochman (Head of AI, FactSet, Ex-Google, Microsoft) and Bharath Sithian (Senior Director, ADP, EX-Amazon, JP Morgan).
