What Happened Last Week

Last week, we hosted Subhen Jeyaindran, Senior Engagement Manager from McKinsey, for an engaging session with our community, in collaboration with Singapore Global Network!

Subhen shared about the critical need for hard work, logical and structured thinking, and adaptability as foundational skills in consulting. He shared an insightful anecdote about adapting his communication style to be more assertive and vocal when transitioning from an Asian office to a US office, illustrating the importance of cultural agility in global roles.

A big thank you to Subhen for the insightful and candid sharing! Big shoutout to Impact Hub New York Metropolitan Area for supporting the AAPI community!
